Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Datapare Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide data engineering consultancy services including but not limited to: data pipeline development, cloud platform implementation, data architecture design, and related technical consulting. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Grant appropriate access to systems and data as required
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Pay for services as agreed in the service agreement

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business data, technical specifications, and strategic information.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, work products created specifically for a client during an engagement will be owned by the client upon full payment. Pre-existing intellectual property and general methodologies remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datapare Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
